  2. Sexual misconduct refers to a spectrum of non-consensual sexual contact and behavior, including the following:
    • Sexual assault
    • Sexual exploitation
    • Sexual harassment

  5. Process for Making a Complaint: Students must fill out the Sexual Misconduct form from the student handbook and submit it to their program director.
  6. Process for Responding to a Complaint: The institution will acknowledge receipt of the Complaint within 7 days.
  7. Process for Making a Report: Students must fill out the Sexual Misconduct form and submit it to their program director.
  8. Process for Responding to a Report: The institution will review the Report within a reasonable timeframe and confirm next steps in writing.
  9. It is contrary to this policy for an institution to retaliate or threaten to retaliate in relation to a Complaint or a Report.
  10. All processes undertaken pursuant to this policy will be based on principles of administrative fairness. All parties will be treated with dignity and respect.
